Rental Rates

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you cancel well in advance and we're able to re-let the property for the same period, we refund your deposit. For a late cancellation, the deposit (25%) is generally kept — but we never ask for the remaining balance in that case. If it's due to something unforeseen and serious, such as a death in the family, just get in touch: we always look at these situations with understanding. The full, binding terms are set out in the rental agreement you receive upon confirmation.
